Creasing, diecutting, perforating inline: without an extra machine, without additional personnel and time-consuming converting processes. Expert application technicians make your staff familiar with the RSP system quickly and close to practice.
The RSP system is optimally suitable for customers with high runs as well as many different and repeat printing jobs. It is suitable for the most different requirements, e. g. for folders and post card perforations, for cuttings as well as for demanding creasings.
The RSP system is the economical and fast alternative to the classic converting of your products and offers you the following advantages in addition:

| Use of our RSP on machines with a teflon or silicon coating on the impression cylinder is not possible in the units equipped with that coating. In case of replacement by the respective uncoated alternative of the machine manufacturer use is possible. |

Use of our RSP on machines equipped with HEIDELBERG PerfectJackets on the impression cylinder is not possible as our protective impression cylinder jackets do not stick on that surface. But RSP can be used if the Perfect Jackets are replaced by HEIDELBERG Mark 3 jackets. These HEIDELBERG Mark 3 jackets are available for all presses with perfecting unit. |

| The RSP form can be totally pre-madeready outside the press. RSP forms can be archived and thus can be re-used periodically without any further makeready necessary. They can be easily mounted in the blanket cylinder. |

| Even when the RSP grid sheet has been mounted, it can be re-adjusted horizontally, vertically and diagonally. The millimetre scales on the RSP grid sheets are precisely designed for each machine type. |

RSP creasing, cutting or perforating achieves perfect results even on wet ink. This is why the RSP System can be optimally applied in machines with reversing device. The converted sheets will not distort; orders can be run with maximum pile height and at full printing speed. |
