RSP Easy

RSP Easy

… for an easy converting in the offset printing machine.

 

In order to be able to meet the expectations of your customers it is important to offer a flexible and easy solution for creasing, cutting and perforating. Here the RSP Easy Set is the most cost-effective solution for small and medium runs by which you can draw additional value creation out of your printing machine.

 

Our RSP Easy is best suitable for newcomers in inline-finishing or customers with low runs and few printing jobs.

 

Your advantages with use of RSP Easy are:

RSP with sheetfed offset printing machines with perfector
Use of our RSP on machines with a teflon or silicon coating on the impression cylinder is not possible in the units equipped with that coating. In case of replacement by the respective uncoated alternative of the machine manufacturer use is possible.
RSP with HEIDELBERG sheetfed offset printing machines with perfector

Use of our RSP on machines equipped with HEIDELBERG PerfectJackets on the impression cylinder is not possible as our protective impression cylinder jackets do not stick on that surface.

But RSP can be used if the Perfect Jackets are replaced by HEIDELBERG Mark 3 jackets. These HEIDELBERG Mark 3 jackets are available for all presses with perfecting unit.

On machines equipped with OptiPrint Jackets on the impression cylinder use of RSP in the units equipped with these jackets is not possible as our protective impression cylinder jackets do not stick on that surface.
