The CITO Group consists of the company CITO-SYSTEM GmbH (Germany) and its subsidiaries CITO UK Ltd. (Great Britain), CITO Italia s.r.l. (Italy), CITO CZ s.r.o. (Czech Republic), CITO SK s.r.o. (Slovakia), Wald Diecutting Systems GmbH (Austria) and Wald Hungaria Kft. (Hungary). CITO-SYSTEM GmbH also holds shares in various other European companies.
Since 1st September 2010, Jürgen Marien has been the majority shareholder of the group. He has been associated with the group for over 28 years, and will continue to be responsible for the company management. The previous owners, Konrad and Christopher Methfessel, have now left the company.
The Konrad Methfessel Foundation continues to exist, with the aim of providing or obtaining funds to promote the spiritual, social and cultural development of children, young people and families in Middle Franconia.
The CITO Group shall be developed further in the future. The aim there is to concentrate the field of activity of this company group to the area of the graphic industry.
Wald Diecutting Systems GmbH have been specialists since 1988 in the field of diecutting technology for non-metallic materials such as card, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, plastic foils, leather and textiles.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITO-SYSTEM GmbH we, too, are committed to providing innovation, quality, speed, service, technical advice/support and expertise.

Marina Vukovich is our Office Manager and has been with us right from the word go, when WALD was established in 1988. With her sound technical knowledge of materials, she can also assist you in German or English with complex technical product queries. Sabrina Stuhr has been with our team since the beginning of 2009. Ms Stuhr takes care of processing for export and for Austria, and also for Germany. She has additional responsibility for our imports from many overseas countries. Ms Stuhr speaks German and English.

Karin Habel has been supporting our team since joining us in 2002. She is responsible for the smooth running of sales mainly within Austria and within the German-speaking area. In addition to this, she takes care of internal matters within WALD.

Stefan Vukovich is the founder of WALD and, together with his wife Marina, he is the longest-standing member of the company. Mr Vukovich’s background is in diecutting of non-metals and he has been active in this field since 1978. Stefan Vukovich will continue to be available to us as advisor to support your requests.

Ulrike Schoch is a qualified packaging engineer and our specialist in diemaking production. She has been supporting our team since joining us in August 2009. As Sales Representative, she is responsible for looking after our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Ms Schoch’s many years of industry knowledge in both the commercial and technical sectors is of great benefit to our customers.
