And the winner is …

LV Druck GmbH & Co. KG in Münster!

We are glad to be able to announce here the winner of this year’s RSP innovation contest in creasing, cutting and perforating on Heidelberg presses.

Printers LV Druck from Münster have convinced us by a lot of outstanding entries. First of all the RSP system is in use with Messrs LV Druck in the last unit of the CD 102 5 colours. The winning job, namely product tags cut very exclusively, was produced inline in a run of 65,000 sheets with a net production speed of 8,000 sheets per hour. The preparation time was only one hour. Mr. Thater, the responsible leader of the printing shop, is convinced that use of the RSP system on his machines offers an excellent possibility of producing even exclusive jobs quickly, simply and above all reasonably.

Furthermore LV Druck GmbH are using the RSP system on a SORS, too. Here running to capacity of the machine could strongly be improved by use of the RSP system. Thus also on a relatively old machine an enormous increase in productivity can be reached as Mr. Klinksiek, Managing Director, says.

We are glad to be able to realize innovative solutions in the area of inline finishing together with Messrs LV Druck GmbH also in the future.
