As in previous years, CITO-SYSTEM GmbH will be exhibiting again this year at Druck+Form from 12-15.10.2011, giving you the opportunity to talk to us about both new and well-proven solutions available for your offset printing press. We will be focussing on three products areas ...

The RSP Easy can be easily installed in and removed from the printing press without any prior training. This cost-efficient solution for simple jobs continues to generate positive customer feedback such as the feedback we received from the Druckstudio Leo GmbH company in Frangart/Italy.

India's printing and packaging industry continues to grow. And we, as the most successful and recognized leader world-wide for creasing matrix, are also one of the top addresses for printing post-production. So, it's not surprising that our Indian customers come to us first when looking for advanced know-how.

The largest and also the most important trade fair for the printing industry in Poland, the Poligrafia, took place in Posen on 12 - 15 April 2011. More than 12,000 professionals had the opportunity to visit the exhibits of nearly 300 companies from a total of 18 countries and to gather information on the latest technical innovations and developments.

Our cutting expert Roman Kaschitz visited our long-time distributor, the Elshrouk Company at their offices in Cairo and Alexandria on 01 - 07 April. The Company received the "CITO Agency of the year 2008/2009" award and was honoured for its extraordinary commitment to the industry.

At the invitation of our long-standing partner Central Die Supplies, our Sales Director Stefan Schoeffel, together with our corrugated board expert Roman Kaschitz as contributor, attended the seminar held in Toronto on the subject of further processing of corrugated board.

Since entering the field of die making supply with our FormLine product group, we have been pursuing our aim of developing our range as well as new products. We are now delighted to present our first new development.

On location at the fair, our sales director Stefan Schöffel saw for himself how significant the printing and packaging industry is becoming in India.

The new CITO 2011 calendar makes the snow melt

We were again represented at this year’s Druck+Form in Sinsheim with an exhibition stand.

In September our Application Engineer Roman Kaschitz, together with our Sales Manager Stefan Schöffel, visited our Polish agent Interas.

On Friday 10^th September 2010, a management-buy-out was completed at CITO-SYSTEM GmbH.

In August, our application technician Roman Kaschitz was in Santiago, Chile, for the third time on a week-long tour visiting customers.

Beside sheetfed offset printing machines from Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG now the following machines can also be equipped with inline finishing solutions from CITO: manroland, KBA, Komori, RYOBI and Sakurai

You will certainly have received already our present catalogue 2010/2011 valid immediately. It replaces all data regarding our products in previous catalogues.

Even the volcano in Iceland suddenly active again could not prevent the CITO team from the successful participation in the IPEX at Birmingham.

We strengthen our online-service and are offering exclusively a free access to our online-seminars to converters of cardboard and corrugated board with immediate effect.

To improve our product STANDARD which is successful worldwide still more, we have made changes to the transfer profile.

In the course of the last weeks there were held two seminars with our Austrian representation Wald Diecutting Systems GmbH, Messrs. Bieling & Petsche GmbH and the Rondo Ganahl AG on the subject of “Converting of Corrugated Board.”

This year we were represented on the fair China Print 2009 with our longstanding partners, Messrs. Fortune Industrial Supplies Co., Ltd., on a common booth.

From May 19 to 22, 2009 the fair EmbaxPrint took place in Brno.

For nearly ten years already the two companies Heidelberg and CITO have worked closely together in the area of Inline Finishing. In the frame of the cooperation CITO delivers the RSP Inline Finishing System for creasing, cutting and perforating in offset printing machines.

On April 29 and 30, 2009 the presentation of our inline finishing solution RSP and a training in diecutting technique took place in Chennai for the staff of the Heidelberg Print Media Academy India.

In April 2009 our application technician Michael Zelingr was on a customer visit tour in India for ten days.

This year we were represented on the Gulf Print exhibition in Dubai by our longtime partner Elshrouk.

So our application engineer Michael Zelingr was in China for 5 days in March 2009 on a visit tour. Together with our local partner Fortune Industrial Supplies Co. many customers were visited.

Besides the well-known protective impression cylinder jackets for the RSP system, we offer you from now on that jacket as a product in small and handy strips, 6.5 cm wide, for partial protection of your protective impression cylinder.

This event on 28th January, 2009 in the premises of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce was attended by more than 50 CITO clients from the areas of packaging and offset print.

Effective January 1, 2009 CITO Italia s.r.l. has taken over marketing of our products in Italy.

Production of your inline finishing job accompanied by CITO technicians

CITO-SYSTEM GmbH is represented in nearly all countries of the world today through a worldwide dense net of dealers. So it goes without saying that our application technicians are in contact also with our partners on other continents. By joint seminars and trainings we thus learn something about changing requirements and can at the same time further impart our knowledge.

In Germany this year the 1000th RSP Inline Finishing System was installed successfully. The jubilee system went to Pinsker Druck und Medien GmbH in Mainburg.

In the area of offset creasing matrix we have extended our range by the Multipack-ORS. Things are also happening in the area of industrial safety.

As every four years, the printing and packaging world met at the drupa this year again. It was obvious that CITO as the world market leader in questions of creasing systems and inline finishing had got to be there.

Technician Roman Kaschitz was in Mexico one week in order to train customers there together with our partners from the company Representaciones Pfeifer with regard to the advantages of our new product CITO BASIC.

In April there was held a seminar with English customers in our Training Center. Together with our agency CITO UK we could welcome with us machine operators and heads of production of the companies Smurfit Kappa and London Fancy Box.

We are glad to be able to announce here the winner of this year’s RSP innovation contest in creasing, cutting and perforating on Heidelberg presses.

In the last week of February our application technician Michael Zelingr together with our agency Convertec AB held three very successful in-house trainings with CITO customers in Sweden.

On 7th December, 2007 we held a seminar in diecutting technology together with our partner Heidelberger Druckmaschinen Vertrieb Deutschland GmbH. We could welcome there 12 people from the area of Postpress of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen GmbH.

Already some weeks ago our Dutch partner Sosform has held an Open House with renowned manufacturers from all over the world. Our company was represented on that event by Stefan Schöffel.
