CITO on tour, today: India

CITO-SYSTEM GmbH is represented nearly worldwide through a large network of dealers. In order to look after our numerous partners, our application technicians are always in contact with them and are most of their time on route on other continents. By means of seminars, trainings and customer visits performed together, we are thus learning something about the changing needs of the respective market and can at the same time pass our knowledge.

So in April 2009 our application technician Michael Zelingr was on a customer visit tour in India for ten days. Together with our partner, Messrs. A.S. Print Aids Pvt. Ltd. who have been very successful for years, customers in Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi were visited.

There were discussions about tasks and challenges around the whole packaging production. Of course the importance of the right choice of the creasing parameters and their effect on the further quality of the creasing could be shown.

Again it became also clear that a market growing so fast as India can only be opened up successfully with a strong partner and a clear strategic orientation. We are convinced that we are on an excellent way by the cooperation with A.S. Print Aids Pvt. Ltd. By the good and transparent collaboration we are able to service the market optimally and all over the country regarding product choice, service and quality, and thus to achieve the best for our Indian customers.
