CITO Fitness Programme Part 1 – CITO Employs

Many companies are reducing jobs in the present economical situation in order to save costs. Also if that way is unavoidable in some cases it turns out to be a short-term measure with an enormous boomerang potential as after an economic slump there always follows a boom. At CITO we seize the chance to enforce our personnel in the present phase. Many tasks are waiting for us which we want to master successfully with a fit staff.

CITO limbers up …

… and has already enforced its personnel in the following areas:

• purchasing
• equipment manufacturing
• construction
• sales force

At the same time we have put an apprentice in her third year of apprenticeship in a position to complete her apprenticeship with us. Her primal firm where she had been trained had closed down its gates from one day to the other and dismissed all employees and apprentices by the middle of the year.

Moreover we offer young people who are interested a dual study in industrial engineering and management at the university of cooperative education of Heidenheim. That study offers a perfect connection of a scientifically demanding study and a work-related professional training with CITO.

We want to send out positive signals and will also further employ and train. So we are looking forward to every job application.

Whoever is fit can master the present and plan for the future. CITO limbers up!
