- For zig-zag or Leporello folding, as well as for bottom fold with 4- and 6-point boxes
The special locator centres the reverse crease exactly between the creasing rules; thus the crease and reverse crease are of the same quality.

Function
The perfect solution for premium reverse crease, as is often used in diecutting from the unprinted side (inline diecutting) and also in 180° folding of corrugated cardboard. Example: cutting from the reverse side of Leporellos.
Due to the specially developed transfer profile for variable distances of creasing rules the correct creasing parameters can be used. Result: Crease and reverse crease in convincing top quality.

Legend:
A= base height of reverse crease
B= nib width of reverse crease
G= width of reverse crease
K= nib height of reverse crease
c= material thickness
e= thickness of compressed material
d= distance of creasing rules (variabel)
h= creasing rule height
f= cutting rule height (23.8 mm)
Measure the material thickness
Cardboard
Material thickness cd = (c × 1.5) + B
Corrugated Board
Thickness of compressed material ed = (e × 2.0) + B
Formula for calculation of creasing rules
The material thickness of the solid board/compressed material thickness of the corrugated board is determined by the creasing rule height:
A= base height of reverse crease
h= creasing rule height
f= cutting rule height (23.8 mm)
h = 23.80 - A - (c or e)
We recommend using the creasing rules reversed in the cutting die.

CITO PLAST reverse crease, mounted. The transfer profile is stuck between the the creasing rules.
After removal of the transfer profile the creasing matrix is ready for use.
