CITO strengthens its team
CITO‑SYSTEM GmbH gets closer to its customers in the Asia-Pacific region. This economic region is traditionally a very important market for CITO. After Europe, Asian-Pacific is the second largest sales market for the products from Germany. Together with our partner, Bobst Group SA in Switzerland, we have decided to appoint a joint regional sales manager for tooling and consumables. It is our common wish to service this market even better. It is very important, not only to BOBST but also to CITO, to improve our understanding of the needs of our customers in Asia and in the Pacific Region, in order to respond to them quickly and flexibly.
We have been able to interest our long-standing companion, Bobo Chang (Jen Yu Chang) in accepting this new task. Since 1 August 2020 he is our new regional sales manager. He has many years of experience in the tooling sector and is already very well acquainted with the CITO company and his new colleagues. Through him, we would like to establish closer contact with our customers. Bobo Chang will support our existing sales partners with customer care and represent their interests within our team.

Bobo Chang is supported by a technical colleague from BOBST (Shanghai) Ltd., Fang Qiang. He is an experienced applications technician, who has a good command of both die-cutting technology and tool making. His special field is blanking and the corresponding tools. Both employees speak Chinese and English; this facilitates communication between us and our customers.
This means that our customers now have even shorter and more direct access to CITO and to the BOBST tooling team. Together we are convinced that “tooling matters”.
