CITO BOX RAMP

Efficient solution for the stripping of the internal waste

By using CITO BOX RAMP there is no need for conventional chamfering of the internal waste in the lower stripping board. Time-consuming setting for internal waste and hand-cut scrapers in the stripping board are no longer necessary. Outstandingly well-suited for all types of dynamic strippers (e.g. pins, claws) and all materials (e.g. cardboard, E-flute and corrugated board).

CITO BOX RAMP stripping components are available in four different versions:

  • CITO BOX RAMP S and CITO BOX RAMP M
    Supports the sheet transport.
These stripping components easily and reliably prevent the flaps from bumping against the front edge of the internal waste.
  • CITO BOX RAMP L
    Scraper for the side edge.
On stripping, the waste is removed to the side; typical production faults are avoided and thus optimum and constant machine performance is ensured.
  • CITO BOX RAMP H
Especially designed for the machine operator, as a functional addition to existing stripping dies.
Due to a strong adhesive point subsequent fixing during production can be achieved easily. A limit stop enables precise positioning relative to the edge of the board.

The advantages at a glance:

  • Time-consuming rework is no longer necessary – for fast and efficient stripping of the waste
  • Universal use for all types of dynamic stripping
  • Precise positioning of the stripping components
  • Constantly high machine performance
