Thanks to its special ribs, the new CITO Centerline Reinforcement can be fixed completely without screws. The resulting clamping forces hold the reinforcement in the die; the assembly time is reduced.
Nonetheless, appropriate notches are provided for users who prefer additional fixing by means of screws. The advantage: the centricity is higher, since it is significantly less affected by dimensional tolerances during laser cutting.
The specifically selected geometry of the screws supplied ensures that the Centerline reinforcement is pressed extensively against the carrier plate. This prevents lateral deformation or displacement. A decisive advantage, especially when aligning the tools to the centerline, as here optimum register accuracy is crucial.
