Cutting Geometries
Here you can download the template for the respective cutting geometry on a 1:1 scale.
Please ensure that the cutting contour is adjusted accordingly.

The CITO LOCK principle works only in combination with the special CITO LOCK Nut. The CITO LOCK material and geometry are perfectly aligned, so the bolt optimally dovetails with the thread to create the perfect CITO LOCK locking function.
Cut the CITO LOCK notch into the upper and lower Stripping Board For correct positioning of the CITO LOCK the notches have to lie on top of each other!

Mount the correct CITO LOCK Nut into the upper Stripping Board.
Install the CITO LOCK Bolt through the notch in the lower Stripping Board and screw the bolt clockwise.
