CITO inhouse training courses are a real source of knowledge and lead to greater efficiency and quality within the company. We had an inhouse training session in February and have already seen tangible benefits: since switching to CITOject F, we have noticed an improvement in process performance. We have also realised that we can significantly reduce the cutting pressure. We see enormous potential here. It was therefore only logical that we booked further inhouse training in May, in which our machine operators were once again trained by Jens Minnert, CITO's application specialist.

Both newcomers and experienced employees were able to learn how to optimally use profile rubber coatings and determine a reliable cutting pressure for their daily work. The step-by-step instructions in the set-up process, combined with the appropriate measures, were very clear and easy to understand. The training was very well organised and structured.

The topics included the CITO BALANCE PROFILE, the correct makeready and the finding of the optimum cutting pressure.

The training was very well received by our employees. The practical part in-situ on the machines, which will bring us process reliability and savings in set-up times, was of course particularly noteworthy. In conjunction with our rubber coating standard, which we developed together with CITO, we were able to gain new practical experience directly and will implement this in the future in order to also convince our customers of our product quality.
