Creasing Matrix – tailored solutions for high and consistent quality
CITO ULTIMATE, the high-performance creasing system with flexible coating on a stable base, is the first creasing system worldwide to be certified as safe to use for the manufacture of folding cartons for food packaging. Apart from the different creasing systems, makeready material and other useful accessories are offered for the diecutting process.
Ejection material – excellent product properties for maximum machine performance
The elastomers were especially developed for diecutting technology and supply optimum results even for the most demanding orders. The ejection materials are equipped with the original CITO EasyFix technology. The products are also now almost all ISEGA certified. Thanks to the colour-coding, the respective function can be clearly identified.
With the new CITO Quality Label concept, the converter can see at a glance that high-quality CITO ejection material has been used for the die.
Flexographic printing cleaner – effective cleaning of printing plates and anilox rollers
The products are characterised by their outstanding cleaning effect while at the same time reducing detergent consumption. The CITOCLYN Uni Plus and CITOCLYN Uni Eco cleaning agents are ISEGA-certified and are not subject to mandatory hazard labelling under CLP. Our product range also includes other accessories for a safe and efficient cleaning process.
