Today we present to you the latest results of our development work. It is a new ejection material for the conversion of corrugated cardboard: CITO CREASE Rubber creasing profile.
Thanks to its special design, the innovative creasing profile is ideal for creasing with creasing system. The profile can be used for all types of flutes and all material thicknesses without squeezing the material too much. It supports the creasing process of corrugated cardboard with and against the flute and folding at both 90° and 180°.
Used on the creasing rule, the profile ensures precise creasing and prevents tearing of the cover liner and skew gluing. Its special geometry enables optimum transfer of the creasing.
