Continuing its social commitment last year, CITO‑SYSTEM GmbH presented a cheque to the Elterninitiative krebskranker Kinder e.V. Nürnberg (EKK) in February 2025. The parents' initiative is a committed charitable organisation that supports children with cancer and their families, primarily by providing support during and after intensive therapy and with various financial payments.
A collection was made at the company’s Christmas party in 2023 and the EKK was supported with a generous donation.
Donations were once again made at the Christmas party in December 2024. As a result, this time the impressive sum of € 4,000.00 was presented to the EKK. The amount donated by the CITO team was generously doubled by the management. When managing directors Thomas Gerner, CFO, and Oliver Kellermann, CSO called on the team to donate once again to the good cause, their request fell on sympathetic ears.
Ms Satzinger of the EKK was invited to attend the handover of the lovingly designed cheque. She was delighted with the donation and recognised CITO's commitment to helping those affected.

With our donation, we would like to help support parents and affected children in difficult times. Many thanks to the entire team, whose generosity made this donation possible," said the management.
