RSP System 2.0 – Better. Faster. More reliable. Also successfully established in the Netherlands!

In the course of the Open House series “CITO RSP adviesendagen” by the representation of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG Tetterode in Almere, many customers were again convinced of the host of advantages offered by the use of RSP inline finishing solutions from CITO. At the previous two events, a total of 20 Dutch printers were amazed by the flexible application possibilities in the context of a live demonstration using a Heidelberg SM 52-5F plus Lack Anicolor.

All three demonstration jobs were set up and made ready for production within only one hour. First a simple postcard perforation. For even faster and easier handling, an RSP direct flexible die was then installed for the kiss-cutting of labels. The demonstration finished with the production of an advertising folder. Creasing was carried out in the first unit, followed by diecutting in the coating unit using RSP System 2.0.

All three demo jobs demonstrated impressively, that use of RSP inline finishing solutions delivers sustainable productivity improvements. Finally jobs can now be produced in-house which previously had to be outsourced, diluting the profit margin. More technically-minded visitors were convinced by the ease of use of the latest generation RSP system 2.0. Many of the screws previously used, which were subject to wear, have been removed and replaced by a locking hinge which is fast, reliable and easy to operate. Thanks to RSP 2.0, complete direct flexible dies can now be used instead of relatively inflexible railed dies.

No wonder that many customers have already expressed interest in replacing their conventional RSP base plates with the new version RSP 2.0.

If you too would like to replace your previous base plate at the limited special offer price, please contact Mr. Großkopf or Mrs. Weich direct.

We would of course like to take this opportunity to thank our hosts of Tetterode once again for a successful event! It was a great day in the Netherlands and we are looking forward to the next event of this kind in April 2012.

Anticipation is already growing amongst those involved over the next forthcoming Dutch-German event in June 2012!
