CITO BALANCE PROFILE was designed in close cooperation between experts in practice and the CITO specialists in applications engineering and R&D. The material properties correspond exactly to the requirements in the diecutting process.

The profile prevents the cutting die from tilting over and ensures a uniform cutting result across the entire sheet.

By using the CITO BALANCE PROFILE the makeready time is reduced substantially and the machine performance is increased significantly. Another advantage: The cutting rules are handled carefully, which has a positive effect on the life of the cutting die. The product innovation is available with self-adhesive CITO EasyFix technology.

The self-adhesive EasyFix version allows you to precisely position the ejection material on your cutting die, as well as residue-free removal of the rubbering. The surface of your cutting die remains undamaged. Use of activator sprays and super glues is avoided; this means improved safety in your company.
