Now you always have the right screw to hand

You need different length of screws for the different wood thicknesses of cutting dies. This may lead to mix-ups when installing the screws, often resulting in damage to the makeready sheet or the makeready protection plate.

Are you also familiar with these issues from daily practice?

With the new CITO Chase Screw these problems are a thing of the past. Our new screws simplify the working process at the machine and offer these advantages:

Colour-coding

CITO Chase Screws are colour-coded according to their length. This makes it easier to select the correct screw length for the respective wood thickness.

CITO Chase Screw types

Stylish and practical design in a self-magnetic metal box

The CITO Chase Screws come in a handy, self-magnetic metal box. It can be attached to metal surfaces, like a cutting die chase changer, for quick use. Thanks to the viewing window, the length of the screw can be identified easily by its colour.

Hexalobular socket for secure and uniform drive

The hexalobular socket provides better force transmission than screws with normal hexagon sockets by distributing the torque more evenly over the flanks of the points. It reduces the risk of cam out and minimises wear. The profile shape reduces the notch effect and damage to the screw and tool.
