RSP Flexible Dies

Offset flexible dies for creasing, diecutting, kisscutting and perforating: height-adjusted and especially matched to the use of RSP, ideal for large runs and challenging applications such as figures or round forms.

RSP flexible dies for offset printing are laminated with a specially developed adhesive film. The flexible dies adhere securely and reliably on the grid sheets and base blankets; they can be removed residue-free.

The flexible dies are available in different varieties: RSP Direct Fit Flexible Dies, RSP Flexible Die Strips, RSP Direct Fit Flexible Dies or RSP Register Flexible Dies with rail. With RSP Flexible Dies there are no limits to inline finishing in the offset printing press.

Flexible dies are also ideally suitable for diecutting inMould labels with the RSP System 2.0.

Rotary diecutting with the RSP System 2.0 in the sheet-fed offset press is ideally suitable for the production of inMould labels (IML) and offers decisive advantages over flatbed diecutters and punch diecutters.
