The new solid rubber profile is particularly suitable for use with multi-flute corrugated board or poor material quality.
It is characterised by its defined, conical shape. As a result, when the profile plunges into the material, the tensile stress in the cover liner is reduced significantly. Double rubbering is no longer required. The result: clean and precise cut edges, no bursting of the upper cover liner.
The self-adhesive EasyFix version allows you to precisely position the ejection material on your cutting die, as well as residue-free removal of the rubbering. The surface of your cutting die remains undamaged. Use of activator sprays and super glues is avoided; this means improved safety in your company.
