We have been working with the RSP System fitted to the printing unit of our SM 102 since 2011. In July of this year we made a decision to change over to the RSP System 2.0.
The deciding factors for upgrading to the RSP 2.0 base plate were: firstly, the new locking hinge which reduces makeready times and, secondly, the new option of using the RSP direct fit flexible die as an alternative to self-assembled grid sheets.
Now that we are using the RSP direct fit flexible die, we can finish our jobs inline not only quicker, but also more accurately and at a lower cost.
We are also very satisfied with the service and support we receive when ordering RSP direct fit flexible dies. It’s more than just about processing orders; it’s about bringing in constructive suggestions for improvement which can optimise the production of a print job.
